Clutch, Inc. (DBA Carpe) (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (www.mycarpe.com), including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. Personal Data

We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. In order to minimize the risk of security incidents, we fully outsource all payment processing to Shopify. Shopify is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Compliant as a Level 1 Service Provider, and is listed on both Visa and MasterCard's global registries. Anytime you submit payment information via our Site, you are submitting through Shopify's secure infrastructure. If you opt to save your payment information during checkout, that information is stored at Shopify. We don't have access to your payment details except for the last 4 digits, the card type, and the expiration date.

Mobile Device Data

Device information, such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device, if you access the Site from a mobile device.

Third-Party Data

Information from third parties, such as personal information or network friends, if you connect your account to the third party and grant the Site permission to access this information.

• Right of access: You may request information from Carpe at any time as to whether Carpe has stored your personal data and which personal data it has stored. We are required to provide this information to you free of charge.
• Right to rectification: If your personal data stored by Carpe is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to demand at any time that we correct the information.
• Right to erasure: You have the right to demand that Carpe erase your personal data if and to the extent that the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected or if the data is processed on the basis of your consent and you have opted to revoke your consent. In such cases, Carpe must cease processing your personal data and remove that data from its IT systems and databases.
  You do not have a right to erasure if:
  • The data may not be deleted due to a statutory obligation or must be processed due to a statutory obligation
  • The processing of data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
• Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to demand that Carpe restrict the processing of your personal data.
